The buffet breakfast was delightful and offered a great variety of tasty options, which we thoroughly enjoyed every morning.
The housekeeping was lacking. we found the bathroom cleanliness to be unsatisfactory and had to request multiple cleans before it met our expectations.

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a lovely spa & wellness centre, and friendly staff. They even helped me return sim cards I left in the room. Highly recommend relaxing at the poolside snack bar. I'm coming back for Christmas!

I enjoyed a delightful stay for two nights! The view from my spacious room was breathtaking, and the bathroom was equipped with hot water at all times. Breakfast was an absolute treat with so many delicious options to choose from!

The fireplace in the lobby adds a cozy vibe, making for a nice spot to unwind after a long day. The room I stayed in had a separate lounge area, which was a real bonus for late risers—definitely a plus when sharing space with someone who gets up at the crack of dawn.
Finding parking was a bit of a hassle on arrival, and the slow service at the café and pool bar was noticeable on more than one occasion. Dinner options felt limited, and while the buffet was decent, the quality could be better. I also noticed that the hotel doesn’t serve tap water, only overpriced bottled water, which felt a bit off given the local water company's prominence.

The gardens are beautiful and the setting is picturesque.
I found the service at the reception quite lackluster, as there was no real welcome and information about the hotel was scarce. The indoor pool had been out of order for what seemed like a long time, greatly affecting the experience. the common areas had a distinct odor, which made them less inviting.
